All orders are processed within 24 hrs after the order is successfully placed and payment is confirmed.
Orders are processed on business days only, excluding Sundays and public holidays. During sales, festive seasons, or high-demand periods, processing may take slightly longer than usual.

For domestic orders, delivery usually takes 3-4 days after dispatch.

Shipping Costs
Shipping charges are calculated based on your order value, delivery location, and selected shipping method.
The applicable shipping cost will be displayed at checkout before you complete your order.
Shipping cost: Rs 50-100
Free shipping may be available on orders above 3000, if applicable.
Tracking Information
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email, SMS, or WhatsApp.
You can use this tracking number to check the status of your delivery through our courier partner’s website or tracking page.
Please allow an hour for tracking details to update after dispatch.
Delivery Issues and Delays
While we try our best to ensure timely delivery, delays may occur due to reasons beyond our control, such as:
- Weather conditions
- Courier delays
- Public holidays
- Incorrect or incomplete address
- Remote delivery locations
- Government restrictions or local disruptions
If your order is delayed, please contact us at suport@thehypeloom.in with your order number, and we will help you track the shipment.
Incorrect Address or Failed Delivery
Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address at the time of placing the order.
If delivery fails due to an incorrect address, unavailable recipient, or repeated failed delivery attempts, the order may be returned to us.
In such cases, reshipping charges may apply.
International Shipping
We currently do not offer international shipping.
For international orders, delivery time may vary depending on the destination country, customs clearance, and courier service availability.
International customers may be responsible for customs duties, import taxes, or additional charges as applicable in their country.
Damaged or Missing Packages
If your order arrives damaged, incomplete, or appears to be tampered with, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery.
Please share your order number, photos or videos of the package, and details of the issue so we can assist you quickly.
